There is a fairly loud argument associated with the Inglis / Geo Schultz GOP thinking that Taxes shift to Carbon Emissions from Income (WE'VE GOTTA BE SURE OF not $20/ton for co2 but $500/ton for CHO4 and regulation to spot emissions); and...

THAT SUBSIDIES, GO AWAY, ON OIL, COAL... AND ON RENEWABLES TOO!

I'd be ok with that, IF THE CARBON DEADLY DUMPING FEE WERE SUFFICIENTLY HIGHER THAN THE ABOVE, AS REQUIRED.

I'D BE OK WITH THAT. 

IF WE GOT ALL OF THE WRECKAGE COSTS OUT OF THE WAY, THE MARKET FORCES WOULD BE UNSTOPPABLE ON WIND, SOLAR, STORAGE, EV'S, BIOFUELS, SMART GRID, FEED IN TARRIF....
